I'm a cup-o-joe kinda old guy and the brewed coffee here is excellent !!! I've had a very tasty cinnamon roll and an almond croissant that was so good , I actually slowly and patiently savoured every bite !! Just tasted a cookie , which was very very good , but that just set me up for a taste of their Cafe Latte Macaron!!! Amazing flavor in such a small bite !! 5 Star Excellence for taste , service and ambiance !!!
Whoever was working this morning was awesome. She was attentive, nice, even offered without us asking if my dog would like a pup cup! The coffee was great as well as the pastry we got.
Woops! Bakeshop offers a charming and cozy atmosphere that makes it the perfect spot to relax and enjoy a sweet treat. The space has a warm, inviting vibe that immediately puts you at ease.
I tried the morning muffin and almond croissant—both were fresh, flavorful, and beautifully baked. The almond croissant, in particular, had a perfect balance of crispiness and rich almond filling. I paired it with a caramel latte, which was smooth and delicious with just the right touch of sweetness.
Whether you’re stopping by for a quick coffee or settling in for a quiet moment, Woops! delivers both in quality and ambiance. Definitely worth a visit if you’re in the area.
Absolutely disgusting experience. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS. Extremely rude and unprofessional. The 2 girls working today were VERY nasty to customers and did not want to help any customers, especially those who were colored. On top of that, they charged me for a MEDIUM and gave me a small. The girl even double checked I wanted a medium and proceeded to give me a small. Will NEVER go back. Worst most disgusting matcha and macaroons ever. Fire whoever was working today too
I love this place its so cute and they are so wonderful if i could give it a higher rating i would
visiting from East Coast. the best chai latte and apple turnover i've ever tasted!
Delicious but expensive
When Woops opened up on University Ave, we didn’t have any idea what to expect. I remember meeting the owner and becoming friends, seeing her everywhere during the day. She was always so friendly. The food is great, but I go for the cookies, especially the cookies with lots of chocolate chunks. When they are heated up, paired with hot coffee, you have such a pleasurable treat. It’s addictive.
Cute little bakery. Stopped in for a cookie and the staff member wasn’t very friendly. She just stared at me until I said I wanted a cookie. There was no “hello, welcome in” or “what can I get you?” Just a long awkward stare until I spoke first. Pretty weird.

Very cute and cozy little corner in the city. A bit pricey though.

Parisian born and raised, ultra snobbish, and it has my seal of approval.

The drinks we had (latte and chai latte) were great. The yogurt parfait was good. The pastries (spinach-feta- something and chocolate-almond-croissant) were good but didn't seem to be extra special. Mostly, I wish there was a little more variety (particularly in terms of higher protein options), but I do understand that can be difficult in a small space.
