I am writing to express my significant disappointment with our Thanksgiving Day dining experience at your Tucson Park Place location (5870 E Broadway Blvd) on November 28, 2025. My family chose Yard House specifically because it was open on Thanksgiving, allowing my wife Katie— who is currently recovering from a foot injury and wearing a walking boot— to enjoy the holiday without the burden of cooking. We arrived with high expectations for what should have been a special family meal. While certain aspects of our visit were positive, the execution of your Thanksgiving entrée was unacceptably poor. Both my wife and her sister ordered the turkey meal, and both were served what can only be described as a substandard dish that would have been more appropriate at a budget cafeteria than an establishment of Yard House's reputation. Specific Issues: The turkey was noticeably dry and lacked any semblance of the quality one would expect. All accompanying sides tasted distinctly processed, as if they came directly from institutional packaging rather than being prepared fresh. The overall presentation and flavor profile suggested minimal care in preparation. This was particularly disappointing given that other menu items performed well— I enjoyed my spicy chicken sandwich, and my brother-in-law was pleased with his lobster pasta. The cheesecake dessert was excellent, and our server Troy provided attentive, professional service throughout our visit. The stark contrast between the quality of your regular menu items and the holiday offering raises serious questions about your kitchen's standards for special occasion meals. Customers who choose to dine out on Thanksgiving pay premium prices with the expectation of a memorable experience, not cafeteria-grade food. While Troy's, service deserves recognition as he was friendly, funny and fantastic, the food quality failure significantly impacted what should have been a pleasant family celebration during an already challenging time for my wife.
Poke nachos are fantastic! Good happy hour specials, but always busy.

My name is Dandrea Hall and I am 28, I been trying to get a job here for the last 7 years and to this point. I think this place is racist cause every time they release the application for a job position I automatically filled it out. It's getting to the point where they gave up on interviewing me and just and just cancel my application. It makes me mad how they would denied the person who is actually looking for jobs just to hired someone else who barely last. Cause within a few days I get the notification how they are looking for dishwashers again. Like I said I don't know if it because I'm black or what but I need to let the other black people know what type of racist place Yard house is
My food was over cooked. Fries ..Brussel sprouts... Lettuce mushy... 4 cheeses think and cold.. we loved our server.

This was our first visit to this location, though we’ve been to other Yard House restaurants in Colorado and have never had issues. The food itself was very good, but the service here was disappointing. Our server was inattentive, the pacing was slow, and our appetizer came out undercooked. When our entrees arrived, my wife’s meal was correct, but the pizza I ordered had somehow been mistaken for a lobster dish that smelled unpleasant. I eventually received the correct entrée, and it tasted great, but by that point the experience had already taken a turn.
Any one of these mistakes by itself wouldn’t have bothered us much, but having them all occur in one visit was concerning. It left the impression that there may be a larger issue with how this location is being managed. Unfortunately, the experience was enough for us to decide not to return to this particular restaurant, which is disappointing considering how much we’ve enjoyed other Yard House locations in the past.

We had just driven straight from Texas and we had just witnessed an accident, so obviously we were shaken up and exhausted. Our bartender was so kind and listened to us vent. She was fast and attentive. The food was great and the drinks even better. Thank you.

Korean Ribeye is a No-brainer. Delicious, large portion, fries are very good with a twist. Very consistent quality.

Server was fabulous. The food was okay. Missing a lot of my old favorites. Dinner was just okay. Nothing that I am excited to return for.

A fabulous evening. My husband and I were there a while ago when we were in Tucson. We enjoyed the service and enjoyed the food. The atmosphere was fantastic too. It was our first time there and we have heard about the Yard House before so we. decided to try it out. We were glad we did. My Husband likes it and that is all that matters to me.

Ordered food online. Arrived at the restaurant and parked in the assigned spot a few minutes after it said the food would be ready. Checked in using the link they sent. Spent 12 minutes waiting the car. With no one coming out I called number and they acted surprised that I was out there. Said they'd bring it right out. After another 6 minutes before anyone brought the food out. After checking the bag, there was no dressing for the salad. Had to wait another 4 minutes for the dressing. Finally leaving some 25 minutes after they said the food would be ready. Get home to find a pre-dressed salad that was less that was a much smaller proportion than typical. The incredibly delayed service and the amaller portion of food that was incorrectly prepared was incredibly frustrating and disappointing.

Called management and asked simple question if that they could put a custom message on the plate. I am taking it that the staff here is homophobic and did not want to do it for that reason. Appalling in 2025. Spoke to female manager at 2pm Thursday October 30th who said no.

The server was super perceptive, outgoing and knowledgeable. Not intrusive but yet always ready when we needed her. The place was busy they had not enough staff for the size of the dining areas. However the hostess made up for that repeatedly seating the customers in a methodical pace somehow creating a balance. I drove 120 miles to dine here and 120 to go home . It was well worth the extra cost of fuel.
Caci is well trained and we will ask for her on our next visit.
