The security at this club was ridiculous.A white male security staff member, supposedly tasked with ensuring safety, exhibited unprofessionalism and disrespect. He forcibly grabbed my arm under the pretext of speaking "Spanish" to me, solely because of "my Hispanic appearance" (his words). Despite calmly explaining that I was looking for my companion and not causing any disruption, he callously dragged me out, using excessive force. It's worth noting that even other club staff members were urging him to release me.Additionally, this security guy, hired to maintain order, had been dancing the night away instead of prioritizing his responsibilities. It's baffling that he felt compelled to exert force on me, a 5'5" female who posed no threat and was simply trying to locate someone. The club was full of people, yet he singled me out, displaying a blatant disregard for professionalism.When questioned about his unnecessary use of force, he cited my failure to follow his "directive" to turn around. However, his inconsistency was glaring, as he passed numerous individuals without enforcing such directives. This incident has left me extremely disappointed. Never to return to this establishment. I am compelled to share my experience with family and friends, as it's disheartening to witness individuals with the slightest authority abusing their roles, prioritizing personal issues/frustrations over safety.

It's always a blast hanging out there, drinking and dancing in their 3 dance floors. I do miss the karaoke spot on Saturdays.. but specifically now I the winter it's the best place to go party cause of the cold ❄️??

Came to celebrate a friends bday and a person who claimed he was the DJ just came and took my seat and used an excuse he couldn’t hear hear me. After siting at my set they continued to bump into me as they wanted me to move forcefully. I will never come to this place. They also have so many violations in the facility. Stairway is not secure to down stairs club Will not come to this place again. People who think they have the right to bump you off you chair because they fell they have the righter way is not they way to do business.. This place is a fire hazard.

They charge a cover and then they also charge a VIP cover. I was there in August 2022 and the gentleman in the front tried to charge me $100 to get in. He then negotiated to a lower amount, SUPER SHADY! Completely ridiculous.

Bartenders are inattentive. Extremely poor service. At the bar over 15 minutes, front, bar top, and still wasn't able to get a drink. Music is pretty good but terrible service without a doubt from the bartenders at the first bar. Place gets packed. Women restroom downstairs. Messy floor. Completely wet.

Only one bathroom for women but multiple for men. Not well maintained, music is very good if you’re a Spanish speaker. Not very musically/culturally diverse unless you’re Hispanic. Not a bad club though just not a too 5 choice

We've been coming here for the past few weeks. It seems like the DJ plays a pre-recorded track because the songs are always the same, but can't complain since they're all good songs. The biggest complaint is one of the lady worker. Dont tell your customers to "move out the fu$#en way!" Um bi#$, you move. We paid to get here, not you.
