Ate here with my wife for an early Valentine's Day meal. Burgers and fries were fantastic! I especially liked how the burger (even being doubled) did not feel super heavy on my stomach, it was just the right portion to get me filled. They also accommodate gluten allergies really well so my wife was able to eat hers with no issues. My wife got a root beer float and I got a cookies and cream shake and both were also fantastic! The only reason I am not giving a 5 star rating is because of the price. Our bill for both of us getting burgers and fries and then a root beer float and shake came out to $60 before tax. The quality is great, don't get me wrong, but spending $70+ after tip at a burger joint is quite a bit if you ask me.

First time coming to Zinburger, and we truly had an absolutely great experience. Our server, Megan, was awesome. All her recommendations were are point. And Daniel the manager came by to see us and took good care of us. Nobody does that anymore. Altogether our first experience here was fantastic!! Thank you very much Megan and Daniel for everything.

I've been to this location various times throughout the years but I've never had an experience as great as last night. I went with some friends from out of state and we had an amazing time. The food was amazing, as usual, and the staff that helped us out was 10/10! Ethan especially was great!

Our waitress was inefficient to say the least and needs a lot of more training. I eat a Zinburger all the time and most of the staff is wonderful. This one was not and was mentioned to the Manager of the Day.

Came for lunch during happy hour and to check out their new menu! We enjoyed the football games and some beers. I ordered the ringer (no longer on the menu but still in their POS system) it includes pepper jack cheese, franks red hot, bacon and onion rings. I substituted the onion rings for guacamole it was delicious. My partner had the samburger which has bacon, American cheese (he substituted for pepper jack) and 1000 island dressing delicious as always. We also started with the loaded cheesy fries which you can never go wrong with, the cheese sauce and sour cream blend deliciously together. Will definitely be back soon!

The burgers and fries are outstanding. They cook the patties perfectly, just the way you ask. Their gluten-free bun holds up well. They have manchego cheese which is awesome. Plus the people are the best here. Go here. You'll love it.
Freezing cold in there. I know it’s AZ but I’m not that dying of heat issues. Side salad was the smallest side salad I’ve ever had at a restaurant I truly laughed and I loved that part. While back. But didn’t return maybe meant to be who knows. Super busy stressed vibe I feel not sure though. Maybe I was picky that day. Should specify how far back reviews should go. I don’t want to be disrespectful.
