We had a table for six and it was ready when we arrived. Our waiter was also the bartender and he was great. The food was outstanding as always and we all had a great time!
We had a great meal and the service was excellent! We had a lot of modifications to our order and Alex got everything perfect for us. We will definitely be back to see Alex soon
One host at door on phone for 7+ minutes taking to-go order while customers waiting to be seated/greeted. She then had to move tables/chairs to seat larger party. We were seated 12 minutes after our arrival/reservation time. She was very pleasant..just needed help. Food was good, service ok as our server was also the bartender. We are pretty low-maintenance but did notice a decline in attentiveness. Maybe just short handed at the time we visited.
I just want to Thank Amarili for making our night. Thank you so much for the great customer service and recommendation. I will be coming back soon
The carryout service was great. The food not so much, I've never had a bad burger from this place before. This was just totally unacceptable but we were not able to get our orders corrected due to it being lunch for work. 224.00 spent on burgers for them to pretty much raw.. They were just basically SEARED then thrown in between Buns. I guess that's what they do for BIG orders that need to be done by a certain time.
I ordered the Zinburger and it was pretty good. I will say it was extremely juicy and it was pretty hard to keep it together to eat. I felt like it was missing something flavor wise. Both the burgers themselves were too salty. The fries though could have used salt. The kids max and cheese was really good!
I recently went here with my gf (first time customers) and wow are their burgers good! Loved the burgers and can’t even get started on the shakes we had an Oreo one and it was delicious, but the service, was top tier we didn’t have to wait our server Amarily was wonderful, she was attentive and very helpful in recommending as I’ve mentioned before it was our first time here she was so nice and very patient will def be returning soon.
One of my favorite places to go! The food is always so so good! Everyone working here is so nice and friendly. But with that said every time I go I will ONLY have Hiliana as my server. Her vibes are immaculate! Her service is spectacular! She always has the BEST recommendations for everything and anything! If you go ask for her you will NOT be disappointed! She is THE VIBE🩷
Ask for Hiliana as a server, she’s the best! The food was amazing, atmosphere is great and I love coming here would highly recommend to anyone!!

Burger is in the top 5 in Tucson. Staff is great!
It's always all about the food and Zinburger delivers! Great burger cooked exactly to the temp I ordered. It didn't list pickles on the menu description but there were some delicious kosher slices on the side i gratefully added to my burger. The fries were perfect.
I left out a star because the rather expensive pina colada came in a small glass and wasn't very strong. The flavor was there but we were both disappointed when we saw what little we were getting.
Only three stars for atmosphere because it is a very large dining room with zero noise suppression design. This is a very kid friendly place and thats great, but as a result it's even louder. We were seated in the middle of the room and the noise was overwhelming.
We love the burgers here. We ordered zucchini fries but got regular...then it took a bit to get the fries. They were comped'. The wait staff was working hard and we appreciate that most of all. Great time was had. The margarita was unexpectedly both different and delish. Tried a new beer - Huss. Just picked up a six pack - it's refreshing. I have never had a bad experience here.
Our server was especially nice and attentive. The additional help she has assisting was rude and tossed plates on the table and were very rude.
Zinburger 's happy hour used to be among the best in town. Recently, the restaurant chain's owner, Cheesecake Factory, decided to take away its selection of $20 bottles (it used to be half-priced wine bottles) and replace it with four Canyon Road wines for $20 a bottle or $6 a glass. If you've ever had the unfortunate experience of tasting a Canyon Road wine, it's enough to make someone a teetotaler. The generic wine is mass-produced and made by the decidedly average Gallo Wines, most often seen on grocery store shelves. You can pick up a bottle of Canyon Road for $5 and change at Total Wine. If it's that cheap for consumers, imagine how cheaply the restaurant gets these hard-to-swallow bottles. This is price gouging at its finest. Please bring back the half-priced bottles, or at least offer more $20 bottle choices rather than the mediocrity that's available now. Thank you.
