7 of us arrived at our reservation time. Waited patiently for some . Food arrived one very overcooked, steamed eggs. Overeasy eggs , not. Server didn't have hot sauce, which he found to be an inconvenient request. It goes on... 1 star.

While I have never had a problem with the food here. I had the worst experience with my take out recently. I ordered three pizzas for take out. When I came to pick them up they apparently had never put the order in. Was told they would be out in eight minutes but proceeded to wait close to thirty for them to be made. Watching other people be served food who came in to sit down after we arrived. Definitely not an experience I would recommend especially for the prices.

You will be greeted in a prompt and friendly manner. The food is magnificent and priced right. The service the last few times was impeccable but tonight was not up to their usual par. Monday 03/11/24, it seemed they had no one bussing tables and this kept the servers and other personnel that were supposed to be helping customers, bussing tables. This showed our service and I'm sure many other customers. This may have been a one time staff shortage or some sort of problem as such and will not prevent me from returning because the previous visits have been so delightful. I hope it was just a bump in the road of their usual great food and service. Thank you, Frank Marziotti.

Dietary restrictions: I have multiple dietary issues & the staff at Zona 78 are always up front regarding the cooking process & spice contents. The gentleman I dine with is disabled & the staff ALWAYS remembers his special needs, & treat him with total respect & understanding. The food is excellent & over several years of dining regularly at Zona 78, every meal has been 5*

We first watched as 3 other parties that came in after us were served their food. When we finally received our food, it was lukewarm at best. The Alfredo dish was nothing more than butter noodles. It tasted nothing like Alfredo, nor have the consistency of Alfredo. We have had a few, not so pleasant experiences here. We have always given them another chance. There won't be a next time.
