Hands down the best peperoni pizza I’ve ever had. Don’t trust the bad reviews! The staff was nice too.

It was one of the best pepperoni pizza I ever had. Staff was nice too. I couldn’t understand the poor reviews complaining about staff’s attitude!

Overpriced so didn’t get anything here.
Plenty of free parking.

Horrible costumer service!!! So disappointing, avoid it and support a local pizza place instead.

Didn't know what to expect because alot of comments were complaining. But the food is delicious and the service was great! Price is on the higher side but not uncommon for here. Definitely will be coming back.

My husband just came back with pizza. He said he asked Brittaz for a fresh one and she said “they ARE fresh.” Girl. They were not fresh. They might’ve been fresh this morning but it’s now nighttime and they are not fresh. Why couldn’t she just make a new one? My son said to call them buttheads and I have to admit that’s a fair appraisal.

The good: Food was OK and got to do a little shopping while we waited.
The not so good: We ordered a chicken basket and they gave us a shrimp basket. When I asked for the correct order I got so much attitude. My 9 year old isn't going to eat shrimp, maybe she just pushed the wrong button. Cool, that's fine. I didn't receive an itemized receipt so I was unaware. As they were making the chicken basket I realized they were priced differently. They didn't offer me a refund which kind of ticked me off. When I asked for a refund to match what I actually ordered, Loren the guy was nice enough, but the lady Brittanz was huffy with me like she didn't just screw up my order. My mom's teriyaki chicken had no teriyaki in it and was plain chicken with noodles and veggies. I'm trying to be nice because working in customer service sucks, I did it for 10 years. At this point I was just done. They were rude, short with me, and were very unhygienic. I had to end up getting something from McDonald's down the road for my daughter because the girl working picked up a receipt off the floor with her gloved hand and just continued handling food! 🤢 DO NOT EAT HERE! They will treat you like an inconvenience, over charge you, and give you some sort of virus. Please eat anywhere else. The pizza place across the street has a fantastic Margherita pizza and the staff are so kind and knowledgeable about the area.

Pizza is ok but pasta was really bad. It didn't cook properly so we thru out.
This location looks like doing business with large group tours. Small kitchen with self service order and huge seating area.

Horrible customer service/management. An employee came out and confronted my family member simply because they accidentally mixed water with orange Gatorade in their water cup. The employee then told them to immediately dump the water and forced my family member to buy proper fountain drink cups, which cost them $8. That same employee confronted another tourist family because they split their drink that they PAID for into separate water cups for their kids. Once they objected, they threatened to bring out the manager to kick them out. Once the manager came, the family dumped their drinks and left. This same employee proceeded to walk up to every table and inspect to see if the customers obeyed their authoritarian-like rules. No employee should ever act like this to their customers.

This pizza hut “express” is not very express. It took more than 40 minutes to get one personal pan pizza and breadsticks. It wasn’t even very busy.

Poor service. At 6:30 pm we were told they are closing soon and no dine in option. At a tourist spot when sunset is at 6:15 pm they close so soon. Only visit here when there is absolutely no option.
