Nice quick bite coming back late from the Grand Canyon

Parking: They did have a broken door handle. I would assume it was on the urgent fixed list.

When we went there they had 3 people max in line, it took about 35 minutes to get our food and we ordered McDonalds during that time and it took 2 minutes to be ready. Then the lady who gave us our food started to be mean and rude to us. Once we checked the food we were missing some items, the burgers were disgusting and messed up, and we were missing a whole Pattie.

Food was as expected, you pay at a kiosk, so can’t really rate service. The upkeep of entrance/exit is lousy!! It’s not like the snow was unexpected!! So why is everyone busting their hind ends on the ice at the doorway?? Someone IS going to get hurt!!

Great community spirit in this Wendy’s! No, not from the store itself but the camaraderie between the customers at the disbelief of their sheer incompetence. Raw food, missing items, out of stock items. What an unpleasant restaurant. Avoid.

Disappointing Experience

Our visit to this Wendy's was frustrating. I ordered the Spicy Ghost Pepper Combo, but the cashier didn’t know what it was and had to check the menu board. I asked for a large combo, my wife ordered a kids meal with a soft drink, and I added a small Frosty. I wanted the berry Frosty advertised at the register, but the cashier said it was unavailable, as was the salted caramel Frosty advertised outside. I had to settle for chocolate.

When our order came, the kids meal's drink was missing because it was incorrectly rung up with a Frosty. They gave us the drink for free but forgot the ranch for the nuggets. We also discovered we were charged for an extra Ghost Pepper Sandwich and had to request a refund, which was only available in cash, not back to our card. On top of that, there were no kids toys for the meal, which we weren’t informed of, and multiple drinks were unavailable at the dispenser.

This experience was riddled with errors, poor communication, and false advertising. Staff was polite, but the overall service was disappointing.
