The drive through is VERY slow. Donāt stop if you are in a hurry. The staff could not seem to care less about accuracy or speed.

The Icream treats are good, but the prices are about ā MORE expensive than other Dairy Queens for a smaller serving. This is outrageous! It's cream, not Gelato.

Ordered dairy free dilly bars because family members are lactose intolerant and have a very bad reaction to eating dairy. They gave us āreduced sugarā instead. Put it on the ticket that way and everything. They could have made someone very sick. If they didnāt have DAIRY FREE, they should have just SAID that so we didnāt waste money on ice cream thatās not going to get eaten. Very unhappy.

Barely remember because I stopped after the funeral and buriel of my dear friend. I am sure it was great though since they are always very accomodating to my carnivore way of eating.

Three times ive tried here and three times my order has been completely messed up. Tonight I just had to say somthing. Went into the drive through and order to a very confused young man, who took forever to incorrectly get my order. I get to the window, realise its messed up and i dont want to hold up the drive through for 10 minutes like last time. So i went inside, hoping to get the order fixed. The same guy tried to help me again and he's even more confusing now. All i wanted was 3 Recess's blizzards with chocolate ice cream, 2-med 1-small, and a butterfinger blizzard medium. Halfway through the convo I gave up on my butterfinger blizzard and just wanted the other 3 for the kids. The whole time no one steps in to help. Getting some ice cream shouldn't be this frustrating. On the way home everyone said there was barely any Resses and the small had a whole drilled through the bottom resulting in my kid getting ice cream on his lap to no fault of his own for once. There are very few dairy queens in the Tucson area that serve food... But this one was a great. The food was yummy and hot ( although took like 12+ minutes to get the food... But got icecream right away).... Overall.. It was great.
