Best machaca I have ever tasted - juicy and full of flavor. Their breakfast burritos are huge and the flour tortilla is as good as it gets. I always get a side of refried beans, and those are great as well. The chorizo breakfast burrito is also recommended. The drive-thru service is very friendly every time I go. Always worth the 15-minute drive from Rita Ranch.

Fito's Taco Shop in Vail is a fabulous Mexican restaurant with outstanding customer service and delicious made-to-order food. The #1 Breakfast Burrito and Horchata are highly recommended. The retro atmosphere and quick service make it a great choice for a meal, much better than other options nearby. The Super Fries and refried beans are excellent choices. Whether stopping by after a trail ride or watching the sunset in the snow, Fito's Taco Shop is a must-visit spot for a tasty and satisfying meal.
