Ordered and paid for a medium blizzard. Got home and found a small blizzard was placed in a medium cup. Never again.

We always like going to this Dairy Queen. The do get a little busy some nights, but they do a good job churning out the ice cream.

The young people here are always fast and friendly. We have never been disappointed with the service or the treats and we go here often. You can't beat DQ ice cream. My favorite is a hot fudge sundae with strawberries and pecans. A simple chocolate cone is also delicious.

For a medium cone almost $4 that is ridiculous. When on Sale you can get a gallon at Fry's. Depending which DQ you go to you get something between between a larger small and small medium but charged for for a medium. If you say something they look at you like your cheap and if you want more order a large. Clearly over priced for what you get.

Disappointed that they cannot do anything to their cakes, including writing 'happy birthday' on it. Cake was really good but $40 for an 8 inch round cake is a bit steep, especially since the cake was dome shaped- making the blizzard portion on the top of the cake very small.

So I was on my way to pick up my kids from Acacia elementary school and thought I would get an ice cream cone to eat while waiting for the kids. $3.50 for a medium cone dipped in chocolate. When I was handed the cone, the ice cream stood about 2-2.5 in. above the cone. I didn’t even bother licking the ice cream, it only took 4 bites and it was down to the cone. Should have just gotten the ice coffee from McDonald’s, it would have been more of a treat and would have saved me 2 dollars.

Wish they knew how to make chocolate ice cream, or even how to mix enough chocolate syrup in to make it. Very sad when something so easy seems so difficult.
Who doesn't like ice cream? The line to get it not so much.

I ordered a royal blizzard and didn't get any royal in it(as pic displays) As I'm driving home, I call dq and speak to zack who says hes the manager and I could get a free brownie. I don't want a free brownie, I want what I paid for, a royal blizzard. I asked him to have the owner call me. That never happens. I then fill out a form online from dq attempting to keep this private. This was all done in May. The dq head quarters said they would have the owner call me. After never getting a call, Dairy Queen hq said they emailed the owner, and they would call me, I got that same message about 5 times since may but never have been contacted. All I want is a refund or replacement blizzard. I never got what I paid for. I have been patient and reasonable. The local dq is good for this community, but this is a fail. It is now August, and they have never reached out to me.

We ordered chicken bites and chili dogs.. We're charged for a basket. After refund we got cold bites, 2 chili dogs with burnt chili. Bad taste. Said we'd get sauce with nuggets, but didn't. Left a bad taste for dq, for sure.

Love your blizzards but EVERYTHING smells like grease. The paper bags, the napkins, my soda had that grease taste to it. I dont get it.. I cant imagine how the workers feel going home smelling like that. Either cleaning isnt being done, or you're having some ventilation issues.
