We enjoy The Rattler more than most any other restaurant in Tucson because the food is always wonderful, reasonably priced and the views of the green golf course, pond and mountains so peaceful and beautiful. We absolutely love the BBQ ribs. Their fries, onion rings and the fresh vegetables are great! There is so much food, we nearly always take home a box. Breakfast is delicious too!
Server took 15 minutes to take drink order. 3 tables who arrived after us got their food. Asked for ours it took 30 minutes. Food was dry and had been sitting out. Manager said I don't owe explanation
Was SO excited to see that they were finally serving breakfast again but they were definitely not ready :( waited over an hour for our food (there was only one other table seated) and only got one refill because the waitress never came over. By the time the food came out, it was cold. Pancakes tasted like the potatoes and then we were given cold syrup. Grits were not cooked and it seemed the waitress had completely forgotten the conversation where we ordered. I will say the potatoes...read full review
