Looking to retire in the vail area, saw a nice house a few blocks away from clubhouse/ restaurant, checked out rattler website menu. I need to say, you should have paid for a professional photographer. reading reviews, It seems like mgmt. needs to do some training for servers. cooks/chiefs, here's a tip, presentation is 70% of it. if it looks good, it's probably going to taste good. if it doesn't, well you know. I was looking for a place to host about 40 friends and family for a surprise birthday party for my wife. I stopped in to Hacienda del Lago just to check if they had room. I began working with April and Asher and was amazed at the level of support and assistance they provided. We had a wonderful experience. The food was great and the service was exceptional. We enjoy The Rattler more than most any other restaurant in Tucson because the food is always wonderful, reasonably priced and the views of the green golf course, pond and mountains so peaceful and beautiful. We absolutely love the BBQ ribs. Their fries, onion rings and the fresh vegetables are great! There is so much food, we nearly always take home a box. Breakfast is delicious too!
