I was looking for a place to host about 40 friends and family for a surprise birthday party for my wife. I stopped in to Hacienda del Lago just to check if they had room. I began working with April and Asher and was amazed at the level of support and assistance they provided. We had a wonderful experience. The food was great and the service was exceptional. As a Del Lago resident, I’m thoroughly devastated to see this gem close down. It’s been a real treat to watch the transition from The Rattler to Hacienda del Lago—the new ownership completely revitalized this place and made it a really special spot.
