Margarita Monday!!!!

Walked in hungry and walked out full of tacos and serotonin. Let me tell you about Azil. She was our server, hype woman, and unofficial jukebox. This woman doesn’t just bring you chips and salsa. She brings vibes. Lol

Azil was full of life, randomly bursting into song lyrics like she’s auditioning for The Voice Table Service Edition. And the worst part? I started singing along like I was in a mariachi band I never signed up for. I didn’t know I needed a duet with my waitress today, but now I want a whole album.

The food? Mexican and authentically delicious. I ordered one thing and ended up trying four because everything was so reasonably priced my debit card barely flinched.

If Azil ever runs for president I’m voting. But until then I’ll keep showing up just to be serenaded with salsa in hand.

The food is always great here, however I have been here three times in less than a week no one is here, when they say they are open. Its 8:29am currently and they say they are open but the front door is locked. Its frustrating having to guess when they are actually open

Update: 7/2/2025
Showed up at 8:30 again no one in the store waited till almost 9:15 for someone to show up. Decided that no one is coming to work today so I am eating across the street. Don't worry about the breakfast specials here as no one will be there until after you can get the specials after 10am. Very unacceptable !

I was very careful on my review because food was great, atmosphere was great. And service was not only exceptional l, but this is my 3rd visit to a Taco giro location. And your waitress Perla had a entire restaurant full, mind you alone. And not only was the best service with a completely full house she had a smile on her face, spoke positively to co-workers who made mistakes, but kept everything under control.

I leave a lot of reviews, usually on how good the food was but your employee Perla needs a promotion or a raise.

Absolutely phenomenal worker. Was stressed at first seeing she was alone on shift but was quickly corrected on her etiquette!

Good job Taco Giro, good food, and exceptional picking on staff!!!!

Hidden little gem in Vail. Breakfast specials are a great value and our server Carmen was fantastic!

Tonight a local restaurant shut down for a Xmas party which caused an extra flood of customers to Taco Giro on a Sunday night in Vail. They had one bar tender, one server and one buser. They killed it!! Azlin our server did such an amazing job! All three of them and the cook in the back did such a great job you could not even tell there was an overload for 3 people to handle! They didnt know why there was an influx there, but they just said we are the only ones here please be patient. They did such a great job. Food was great, drinks were amazing! I suggest the Cadillac Margarita! Only 6.99 and worth every penny

I’ve been coming to eat here for long time new management new owner? Worst service ever ordered mixed drinks was told they couldn’t make them until we got our food no water nothing food had no flavor manager was on her phone the whole time we were there only got off her phone to to hear a complaint from people that didn’t even get there food. The worst the gentleman on the floor working his butt off to get the food out thank you u we’re only good thing about this place anymore..
