In transit between Scottsdale and Las Vegas and saw a roadside advertisement. I’ve rarely dined at a Carl’s. I was very impressed for “fast” food at how quick the staff was in taking and then fulfilling my order. It was 8am and the staff were all smiles. Even the cook was friendly and addressed me. This store was immaculately clean including the restrooms. This was a welcome oasis on the highway for a very hungry traveler. Keep your wyes...
I give this a 4 because it isn't where the truck stop is although it looks like it is. In order to get from one to the other you have to get back on the freeway. Now the truckstop is south of the restaurant so depending on your direction of travel and assuming you need gas and want to eat, keep this in mind.

The good thing about this carls Jr was how fresh my food was since it’s not as busy as other spots. But that is exactly how all places should serve their food, hot and fresh. Glad I stopped buy and definitely enjoyed my meal.
