I recently went to the Carl's Jr. In White Hills AZ for lunch and had an extremely pleasant experience. The cashier Brianna R. was very friendly and greeted me with a smile. She was amazingly helpful and informative on all the questions I had. She allowed me to have a small sample of their strawberry lemonade slushy, which in turn I wound up getting. Her smile and happy demeanor left me feeling happy and appreciated as a customer.
Seems like a brand new location. Was a little tricky to find since it’s separate from some of the other retail/dining outlets. We arrived same time as another party and it felt strange to enter an empty Carls Jr but from nowhere 7 or 8 other groups entered within minutes. Service was therefore a bit challenged but everyone got their fountain cups and the small team worked its way through the orders diligently and everyone got hot tasty Carls before long.
