I hadn’t been in there in a long time. I quit going there because they could never get my order right so I decided to go in instead of the drive-through and they still couldn’t pull it off the manager of The store should take a good look at their employees one young kid Asian shitty attitude smart Alec still wrote the wrong menu down then was arguing with me what I said got my money back last time I’m going there

Today I was in the store to pick up an Uber Eats order for delivery. When I arrived, there were 4 people waiting to order, this was 12:20 pm. The girl was standing with her back to us, never acknowledging us in any way, literally avoiding eye contact. After about 7 minutes, the others walked out. I spoke to the young lady, but was ignored. During the next 5 minutes 6 more people were in line to order. The young lady walked past us to take out an order, completely ignoring us. After another 2 minutes. 2 people left. The whole time she was fumbling with sandwiches looking at the order monitor. There were also 2 more employees there, neither came up to assist. Eventually she acknowledged me. I told her I was there to pick up an order, it was sitting in the warmer the whole time. Had it not been for the fact I was committed to delivering this order, I would have walked out too. Very poor management, that's probably why it's always empty. I give minus 5 stars for customer service.

Just like almost everyone else in these reviews, they got my order wrong and they were very rude when they were politely asked to fix it. Not sure how this place remains in business, I thought it was a prank, I was looking for Aston Kutcher in the kitchen with a camera crew.

Stopped in today to get a break from shopping and was grateful for the good food and service. The manager even checked in on us which really made it feel much more personal than a normal fast food visit. Very appreciative of that on a crazy shopping day like today. That’s the main reason I had to do a review. It was nice and I thought it should be recognized. Thank you!
