“Drive up from Phoenix to have dinner for my Birthday. Staff was great and friendly. My wife and I ordered the Ribeye steak and my mother and sister had the Filet Mignon.We were very satisfied with our steaks and the food was great. Cowboy Cookin is on list of places to go to now. Also have to say we really liked the atmosphere there over the " Big Chain" steak houses.”

“There is a server named Rose who is unbelievably kind and welcoming. My daughter and I stopped for lunch today and we were so lucky Rose waited on us. She clearly listened to what we wanted and smiled during the entire interaction. Thank you, Rose!!”

“My family (2 kids ages 8 and 11) and I had a wonderful visit to at the ranch! We had 2 connecting rooms which was perfect for our family. The rooms are beautifully decorated, spacious, and quiet. One of our rooms had a nice fireplace and small dining area. Our favorite part of the stay was the trail rides! Tony and his crew do an excellent job matching horses to riders of all ages and skill level. Each trail ride took us exploring the desert, but each ride was different. So many scenic views, it was breathtaking! My family and I had the all inclusive plan, so we ate our meals at the ranch’s restaurant. The food was delicious! Some of the best food I’ve had, especially dinner and dessert. We loved the activities offered. My kids especially enjoyed archery lessons. We all loved the nature hikes and swimming. The cookout was also a great time. My kids weren’t old enough for shooting, but it looked fun. And we’re not golfers, but the golf course looks amazing! We were never bored, the ranch offers a great variety of activities.”

“Husband had a steak and said it was the best he had eaten... That is saying a lot. Food was excellent, service the best, but I have to rave about the Fried Apple "pie" dessert. I love apple pie, but most restaurant offerings disappoint, not this time. I was totally full from dinner, but for $7 I could have a bite or two and be happy. Well, I/we ate the whole thing. Apple filled pastry, topped with two/three scoops of ice cream, lots of whipped cream and so totally delicious. Go ahead, splurge!!”

“First time in....note to self: get here earlier. I showed up at 2pm (they close at 3pm). Selection was a bit limited by that time of day. However, I love that they make things fresh and don't over bake. What is there is FRESH. I picked up a couple Cheddar biscuits and a couple cookies. Yummers. This morning I made an egg, ham and cheese breakfast sandwich with their Cheddar biscuit. It was amazing. Most tender biscuit. Definitely will be making this again!”

“We were on a road trip with our family and dog and chose this place after reading reviews about the food, service and pet friendliness. Yes, you can bring your well-behaved dog and have him on a leash. Our dog was well behaved and didnt make a peep! The food was so good!!! I think we all cleared our plates! There was one server, like literally one server, and she did such a great job! I wish I had taken down her name. She was attentive to everyone and didn't look stressed or overwhelmed. If she was, I wouldn't have known it! So good job to her and the kitchen staff!”
