First time in....note to self: get here earlier. I showed up at 2pm (they close at 3pm). Selection was a bit limited by that time of day. However, I love that they make things fresh and don't over bake. What is there is FRESH. I picked up a couple Cheddar biscuits and a couple cookies. Yummers. This morning I made an egg, ham and cheese breakfast sandwich with their Cheddar biscuit. It was amazing. Most tender biscuit. Definitely will be making this again!

This is a review, not so much about the amazing pastries, but about the beautiful people inside it. Inside these walls are of course some of the tastiest treats Arizona has to offer. Every pastry is made with love, craftsmanship, patience, and skill. But, this little Bakeshop is so much more than that.
