Dilly bars and soft serve. What else needs to be said.

Walked up to order. Was told to wait. The one employee kept cleaning instead of taking my order. Then, placed a cleaning chemical on a prep area.

We went in at 7pm or so Tuesday 9/24/24 young man working in front his girlfriend hanging out at store counter with him KISSING & another girl working diligently in the back - please check all of your cameras in the store I saw 6 of them - you as the owner will clearly be able to verify it & see this

I got a newer blizzard. It was a nutter butter blizzard with a marshmallow center. Dreamy. Delicious. YUM! I highly recommend this. Especially if you like fluffernutters.

Their machines are always broken and their equipment is outdated. This store location has a high potential but they have a really bad execution.

This review is more for the owner of this franchise location and corporate headquarters. If this location is not performing as expected this might be the reason! I went in excited to grab an ice cream for my family. We have stopped at this location before traveling between Vegas and Phoenix. We stopped in today at 6:30pm, I would think this is prime time for travelers. Just as I arrived two-twenty something male employees were pulling a red ribbon across the store front and announced they were closed. A few of us customers that were poised to enter inquired: Why? The employee literally said, “With the storm and all we’re really stressed out and need to restock, we just need some time to ourselves!” In all fairness, it was aggressively sprinkling outside. We stood there shocked. What a joke!!! If sales are down talk to Dumb and Dumber at the front desk. Happy National Ice Cream Day!

Dairy Queen in a combination gas station Mini mart. Also has an arby's! Good place to stop on the road and everybody seem to know it because it was extremely busy.

Never in my life have I ever met an employee with such an impolite, unprofessional, entitled, and SENSITIVE attitude when I went to this dairy queen around 6:40pm on Sunday 4/21/24. Two employees, the gentlemen was fine, he was working and wasn't letting the busy shift get to him. I feel bad that he has to put up with a little crystal that breaks under any pressure. I've been there before, so kudos to the gentlemen who remained quiet and professional, and kept working.?Unfortunately, I can't say the same for the immature little girl who takes orders. I am all about respect and treating people well, but when you have a resting face and show it off, it turns off people from wanting to order there. My mother ordered a caramel mocha drink, when we didn't have the caramel and mocha, we asked the employee why they didn't add it and if they could please add the topping. The snarky employee then stated that we had to ask for it, and that just because it shows it like that on the picture, it doesn't mean she had to add it. I've worked fast food a lot before, usually customers ask to REMOVE items, not ADD what's already in the picture. She then slammed the drink on the counter, then my mother asked her a simple question "are you angry?" This sensitive little employee started getting mad, slamming everything, mumbling about the comment my mother made.. When I told her she had no right to react like that or treat us as such, she said we can kindly leave and she doesn't need to serve us. I didn't leave because she was such a cry baby, that she forgot to give me my small blizzard. We then said we wouldn't leave until she gave it to us, she then FINALLY made it and we left very upset while a line of customers were watching which was embarrassing. But I refuse to let a snarky, stuck up, entitled employee get her way. She had no consideration for the customers who witnessed everything.. She wouldn't last a day in the real world. Please hire real employees who have a positive attitude and actually want to work. Not just get a paycheck to be rude. You work at an ice cream shop, it's not rocket science.

This particular visit there was no wait which was nice and the ice cream was made perfectly. Customer service was good as well.

My wife and I have been going to this Dairy Queen for at least 5 years and the service and ice cream has been great. Well I don’t know what changed but the ice cream was either bad or old because it had a bad taste like it wasn’t refrigerated at the correct temperature.Plus your personal working had no personality and seemed to be putting them out because we ask for service.
