Happened to pass through on my way to Vegas on a Friday and tried out their fish fry special. Let me tell you, these fish tacos are the best I've had in a very long time! So filling and cooked to perfection, the creamy sauce they use is to die for. Not to mention they have a whole chips and salsa bar for you to munch on while you wait for your food.

Taco Loco is now my favorite Mexican place in Wickenburg. Food is authentic. Carne Asada Gorditas are my favorite!
People who work here are nice and helpful as well as respectful food is delicious relaxing in here I just wish they were open More often like it says on the door I have came here many times during normal business hours but they was closed today assumed they were closed as well went next door low and behold they were open during normal business hours.
Place is awesome 👌
Walked in to a dirty atmosphere… Had to start cleaning a table for myself after asking before it got cleaned. Use to be a good place, nothing taste as good as it use to… disappointed
The Chipotle chicken burrito is soooo good!! My hubs got the carne asada and liked mine better! We will be driving from Surprise every so often.

Definitely some tasty tacos! Cash & credit cards accepted.
I know what you're thinking - you're on the road to or from Vegas and you need to get a new drink and a bite to eat. Yes, Subway and McDonald's are extremely close and you could eat that in the car and save some time. However, I strongly encourage you to try El Taco Loco instead. Service time was very quick - probably not much longer (or even faster) than how long it would take you to order and get your order at a fast food shop. Take a minute to eat it in house instead of on the road (unless you're getting a burrito). It's worth the few extra minutes to taste something you can't get anywhere else in the world!
Essentially a taco and burrito shop with a few platter meals if you like rice and beans similar to the rice and beans you can get in basically any other Mexican restaurant in the world. These aren't the stars of the show. The tacos are. Carne asada was a bit dry but very flavorful. Cabeza was a bit moist but delicious. And the al pastor didn't have the strong pineapple flavor I think it should but it was still very good. Each served on a single corn tortilla (instead of two as is common many places) but each tortilla was adequate to handle the filling without dissolving. Diced onions and cilantro are standard along with a lime slice.
They also have a salsa bar with 4-5 different salsa options. Nothing terribly painful in terms of spice but a variety of flavors. No pico de gallo. Roasted as well as plain whole jalapenos for some extra bite and serve-yourself tortilla chips.
Drinks are all bottled and the selection is rather slim. Service is minimal - place your order and they call you to come and pick it up. I didn't see or hear any of the staff except for those two moments. A small shop but enough room for at least 20-25 customers all at once. Clean & basic.
Definitely worth an extra 5-10 minutes to have something more tasty (if perhaps not more memorable) than a sub sandwich or a hamburger.
Vegetarian options: Rice and beans, chips and salsa. And I'm sure you could order other things without the meat. But meat is really the main event here.
Dietary restrictions: Inquire carefully.
Parking: Small parking lot shared with Subway. Look for spaces along the side and back of the building.
Kid-friendliness: Kid & family-friendly.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes.

Cool little spot.Ordered taquito plate.Taquitos were good.Rice was decent, the beans… you can tell they are Rita’s Can Beans or some kind of canned beans. That taste is too familiar and they aren’t good.Horchata tastes like some type of cinnamon syrup. It isn’t authentic in the least. Wouldn’t recommend.
