Food was good, server was good, live music was good. Now the bad. The flies were out in force. The restaurant could have purchased air curtains to keep them out, or blue zappers for outside, or something. The flies are out of control!

We’ve now had the Friday Fish fry and Saturday Prime Rib, and both exceeded all expectations! The food was exceptional and the service was over the top personal and right on point!!!! Highly recommend The Hitching Post! We will be back for breakfast!!!!!

Easily the best burger and fries in town. The breakfast portions are ginormous. The smoked prime rib on Saturday is delicious. Pizzas are sneaky good. Strongly recommend this place for breakfast, lunch and dinner!

We (12 of us in our group and none of which ever ate here before) did the Thanksgiving buffet, so we can't speak about normally served dinner, but the quality of food served was better than expected for a buffet. The servers were fast and attentive also!
We will try them for a normal dinner sometime.

One table of customers, yet no one at host stand had to wait for someone to get order. Then the bread on our sandwich order was burnt and the meat was dry, thick and too Chewy. This was a 'to go'order or I would have sent it back.

I had the best and tastiest dinner here in a long time. Caesar salad with honey crusted Salmon with a glass of Pinot Grigio. It was amazing and memorable, I will be back

After about 30 visits since February of 21' I keep hoping and praying that the owners take advantage of having absolutely the most scenic restaurant/bar venue in Wickenburg. Find someone to lease the restaurant and bar (that understands the business) and bring a little consistency and value, and then the owners can concentrate on selling golf. Just my opinion after many many attempts......
