Shareable's and service were great! Unfortunately the pizza was horrible. Sorry, but it was a cracker crust. So hard and so thin. Unable to eat. The onions and peppers were raw and little to no sauce or cheese. What a shame!!!
Roxanne, our server did an outstanding job. Table seated at did not have plates or setups. Protein portions in salads continue to get smaller.
That new summer menu had a lot of dishes I want to try! My Asiago gnocchi with bison meatballs was delish!. Service and atmosphere were great!
A bit out of the way but worth the trip.
Once again, my hat is off to the staff at Jake's Spoon for another fantastic Lobster Feast. The salads along with the Lobster were prepared to perfection. Our server Stevee was outstanding. She made sure all of our needs were met and checked back to make sure we didn't need anything. The Chefs and other kitchen folks did a great job.
Friendly and welcoming. Excellent pasta special. Great value, so nice to have this restaurant in our community.
NOTE: this restaurant is a member’s only facility.
The management allowed us to eat there as the place had received changed to Members Only, and we were unaware of that. All internet searches did not mention that fact.
There were 5 of us. Beverages were served promptly, and our orders taken by the bartender after time was spent perusing the large menu.
The food was served pretty quickly compared to other places like this. One order (mine!) was a bit delayed but came as soon as I noted that to the server.
Food was well prepared in generous portions and hot to the table. There were no complaints from any of my companions. Typical American fare. Prices were a bit higher than at comparable locations. However, it is a golf club.
Everyone did say that it was very noisy there. Other guests walking by looked at us like we shouldn’t be there, so it’s a bit on the snobby side.
Would I eat there again, discounting the fact of members only? Maybe. The food was good and in generous quantity. The service was quick and adjusted when necessary. Prices were reasonable for the type of restaurant. It just was boy’s club noisy and the snootiness of others was off-putting.
The food and service have been very poor the last few times we have eaten at Jake Spoon. We live in the community and hope that things improve
Made reservations online and requested inside seating and regular menu when prompted. Showed up for reservation on time- no inside table and no regular menu. We left and dined somewhere else
I’ve lived here for 9 years. They have gone through multiple chefs. It used to be amazing. Had the fish and chips. I sat for 15 minutes before a server showed up. The place was empty. The crust on the fish was so thick that it was hard to find the fish. Not going back.

The Jake's is a good place to enjoy a nice view, friendly atmosphere and a good food. At the bar, Mandi always gives you a warm welcome. She is great.
I was hungry so I forgot to feed my camera.
French Dip - really good, thinly sliced beef was soft and tender with gooey melted cheese. Just perfect and Yummy.
Reuben - way too salty and fatty. Yes, fat, almost more fat than a bacon from the pastrami slices. I am also not sure if the salt was from the sour Kraft or the pastrami but it was totally not edible. My husband said how come everything is salty for you these couple of days. He took a bite and that was it. He gave me some of his French Dip. The worst Reuben I have ever had.
Service- probably 1 1/2 star if compared to Cowboy Cookin. Surprisedly bad from a private CC.
The Island themed dinner was excellent!!! The waitress was attentive. The food arrived in a timely manner. We will definitely return for another themed dinner.
The whole experience was excellent! I enjoyed the muffaletta sandwich. it was warm, super tasty and a fun try. And if course the fries were super crispy and yummy. Our server was friendly, was well versed on the menu, came to the table often without being overbearing. Not s ingle thing could have made our lunch better!
Had dinner at Jake's and it was very good. The server Jeorgia was very nice and pleasant. Food runners were very friendly as well. Overall a very nice experience.
