Maverik Adventure's First Stop

Very nice people, very helpful and very clean store. It’s a pleasure to go in these days. I had stopped going there because of the incredibly rude guy behind the counter. He seems to be gone now!! Great place without him.

A VERY rude large white guy at the counter with a terrible attitude. He wouldn't even last one shift if I was the owner. There is a Chevron station on the west end of town with excellent, friendly staff.

Never going back.

Didn’t expect to get threatened to be shot for publicly whistling by a manager probably a misunderstanding but staff is great and I don’t hold grudges but please refrain from jumping to conclusions.

Guy working the register is rude. He told the guy in front of me he could lose his attitude, which i didn’t notice any issue from him. Then when I asked for a receipt, he said “You think I’m ripping you off?” Looking at other reviews I can see others have had issues with him as well.

Rude big white man at the counter. Was makings comments on how my boyfriend was dressed. Gave us attitude the entire time. He even tried to guess where we were from insinuating that we were “ghetto”. I always feel uncomfortable when he works because of the comments he makes. Very unprofessional. I don’t appreciate being spoken to so disrespectfully. Will be contacting corporate.

Dunno what was with the clerks attitude, went in with my service dog and he could not seem to hold back his attitude.

Decent price on diesel. It's okay for a truck with a smaller trailer (23ft), but anything much bigger would be hard to get in there.

This location is far too small for the traffic and size trailers in the area.
The paper always seems to be out when getting your receipt which causes more of a delay because you have to go inside to get a copy.
Staff is friendly and helpful.

So I went into my local maverick to get a fountain dr pepper zero sugar as usual a couple days ago (yes I know I have an addiction) the drink ran out of the syrup. So I ignored it and got a bottled one went back today and went to get one assuming they would have fixed it and the lady was completely rude saying the whole half of the fountain drinks weren't working so I kindly said oh maybe there should be a sign, saying that so no one would waste their time. She continued to give me a nasty look and sassy attitude saying well we don't got any signs. So what ever right? I went up to pay for my things and my mother's things and then she walked off and said to the cashier oh she paid for my things, to make sure he knew she wasn't stealing and then he continued to go off about honesty and that we are on camera almost assuming that we were stealing things. I just never have a good experience when i go here, they are all so rude and smug every time and I just try my best to keep a smile and give gratitude when I go.

I like everyone who works there, I'm local and been going there for years and no problems. They have to scan your id every time but I assume that's just company policy. They always let me know the code for the pump is on the receipt even though I've been there hundreds of times.

I was denied the purchase alcohol because I did not have my drivers license only my PASSPORT. Since when is a passport not a valid form of identification in the United state Maverik? What a joke I guess I’ll be going elsewhere

Awful. They are getting super snotty and fail to realize that a passport is a valid federal form of identification.

Fake pictures- there is no def at the pumps as pictures show.
