I actually worked at this McDonald’s and my previous boss Kayla still refuses to sign and date the last time I worked there to show proof to the food stamps office so I can continue to receive benefits.. I have not received my proper amount of benefits.
This is just the beginning with them at this McDonald’s. I’ve never had a problem at another McDonald’s food except for this one - I was eating it while working there and started suffering from bodily cramps and constipation. The fellow employees are very rude people and would constantly make fun of one worker for being black. They would say to me other racist things about customers such as “lol it’s probably because he’s black” referring to an upset customer.
My manager was awful
I know that I was doing the right thing because customers always gave me cash tips and thank me for my work.
Not only do the workers suck, the food sucks, but the lobby is always a disaster and nobody else in the store wants to clean. I would always do a great job mopping every night and would be told to do it over again for what seemed to me like power trips.
Anyway - I’m much happier working at a different McDonald’s and boy is the environment different. At this new place I’m constantly busy and constantly helping with much more to the store than the wickenburg McDonald’s. They would just have me sit by myself at the register all day, no I recommend the McDonald’s on 60 Grand Avenue in Surprise

The food—it’s hot, it’s fast, it’s right every time. When you’re running on empty, that’s all you need. No frills, no mistakes. Just fuel to keep moving.
The desert doesn’t give you much. You learn to take what you can get. And when you find a place where the people are steady, where they don’t judge, where they serve with respect… you remember it.
Five stars. Not just for the food. For the people. Out here, good people mean survival. And survival is everything.

Food has sometimes been sitting around too long. If you're headed east on US 60 it is awkward to get back on the road in the right direction. One of the few good things is there is plenty of parking.

Went through the drive-through service was really bad. They are not busy. Have the door closed earlier than their time says proceeded to wait at least 20 minutes for my food and still didn’t get my order right And didn’t do anything to make it right

Ordered using the app it was for breakfast was close to the cut off but it still went through and took my payment just for me to get there and them tell me um we are serving lunch now. But I had ordered while it was still breakfast so they should have already had it made. Terrible service. They dont do their jobs correctly. They also wouldn't refund me my money back and are making me have to call my bank for a refund??! Like what. Also the manager Brenna is nasty and should not be a manager.

This franchise owner must hang out with Snoop Dogg with how high their prices are. $9.50 for two cheeseburgers???? (Sandwiches only). Almost $3 higher than the valley. Price gauging due to their lack of competition. Prices in Wickenburg aren't that high compared to the valley to justify those prices.
