What’s seriously wrong with this location. I am local to the area. Once in a blue moon I stop in solely for nacho fries. Why is it so hard to give someone who paid $6 for French fries to make them fresh? And fill the container?

There was this lady who was taking our order in the drive thru she was older and she wasn’t understanding anything she got our order wrong twice and acted like we were wrong. We told her multiple times that we ordered a deluxe chicken meal and she wasn’t understanding anything. She had horrible customer service and another person came to help and tried telling her what we wanted and she still wasn’t getting it. We finally got our order and it was missing the chicken nuggets like damn. Someone help this lady getting her head straight.

Stopped here after getting my daughter from her grandparents, hungry and happy because we both love Taco Bell. The employees working the drive thru on 1/5/25 at 10:20am were horrible. I was greeted quickly and asked nicely for a moment. As i was confirming my daughter’s order with her one of the employees yelled something i couldn’t make it out but figured it was just an accident. I then get. “ are you ready” with a British accent. I start my order dealing with the now multiple accents relaying it back, but incorrectly. I asked if they had root-beer and get “ ya we have beer” i thought maybe she didn’t hear me, again trying to give the benefit and again i get ya we have beer. Seemed everything i ordered they were intentionally trying to mess up and make obnoxious. I told my daughter sorry that we weren’t getting Taco Bell and took our business to burger king. We HATE Burger King, but at least we didn’t have to deal with child like staff or worry about our food being tampered with. Get more mature employees. I feel bad for the owner who knows how much money they’ve lost due to these “ workers s”.

We ordered and were immediately yelled at by the older female staff member wearing lots of eyeshadow. She was yelling at other customers for using the kiosks in front of the counter and was constantly coming around the counter to tell people not to order. She talked down to everyone and started telling us itd be 20-25 minutes for our food even though they were still handing out orders. The people in front and behind us got our food but when we asked about our order she freaked out and yelled about it being a long wait. We would have waited if it wasnt for her attitude towards us and her difficulty to communicate properly. She gave us attitude when we asked for a refund but the guy manager was very nice. She is a grown woman and should know to do better. Oldest worker in that place and yet still the rudest.

7 bucks for a crunchwrap supreme that was basically just a handful of lettuce and tomatoes in a tortilla. not filling or satisfying whatsoever i feel scammed 👎👎👎
Quick drive thru, and the food was hot and fresh. Nice fast switch from a chicken or beef patty on bread.

I actually only stopped here to poop on a road trip to Vegas. The bathroom was nice and clean but didn’t have toilet seat covers, so I put down strips of toilet paper. If they start providing seat covers I may stop here for food sometime too.
