The Gila Monster Eatery ft The Pie Cabinet and gourmet coffee

We had the wood fired pizza yesterday, great pizza! We can’t wait to try the homemade meatballs.

What a great place for pizza!! We had thin crust cheese & pepperoni and took homemade apple pie for later. The owner and his wife are super nice people. You gotta stop in!!

we came in for our granddaughter's birthday today and were very pleased with the service and the food. my wife and I had the calzones , oldest granddaughter had a large salad ( huge) and the birthday girl had the wings. they enjoyed watching the calzones being made , the cook was funny and entertaining ( he even sang happy birthday to her ). The food is top notch and very flavorful. I would recommend eating here if you get a chance , worth stopping. we took the cheese cake home with us because we couldn't eat anymore !!

10/10 would recommend I have never had a bad experience and the food is great every one seems to care about what you think best pizza/food in town

Absolutely superb pizza: excellent sauce, perfect crust, done precisely right! Frankly, this is the best pizza I’ve had on the western side of the greater metropolitan Phoenix area. Sad to say, it beats anything offered within 45-50 miles of Wickenburg — and I say that with all respect for some of the places that make pizza in the area. Why this restaurant isn’t jumping with activity until 11:00 at night is beyond me: Wickenburg needs a place that makes pizza this good and is open late. They should make a fortune…

Literally the best pizza for miles around. Not bland and soft. It tastes like effort and love go into it. It tastes robust. Please don’t change a thing. You were the only place open late and open on Monday.

When Justin came out to take my order he was very observant my pist.subof who I was and whether I had teeth or not so that when it came to a crust it was perfectly created the way he butters both sides with garlic butter, I haven't any teeth and the crust was perfect. He put nearly a pound of cheese and he roasts the y and cooks the bacon there I took a picture of it but I can't figure out how to add to

How can I say this... The place is awesome! We got the 14" cheese pizza. My wife got the chicken and fruit salad, it is huge and delicious! The pizza was so good that my youngest actually ate the pizza crust (she normally doesn't ever eat it) We had the apple pie, Lemon Ches and peach/blueberry pie for dessert. They were phenomenal pies!The atmosphere is pretty neat and very homey in a great way!We came in later in the evening due to traveling through and are glad we stopped.If you are living in the area then I would for sure say to give it a try! If you are passing through it is a great place to stop for a bite to eat!

Hidden gem alert! If you are in Wickenburg, AZ and find yourself looking for a good place to eat and you don't stop here, you are missing out! My family was passing through on our way home from Oatman, AZ and we found ourselves hungry. A quick search brought this establishment up. I am SO glad that it did! First off, the service was awesome! I am pretty sure we met an owner who was so sweet. We also met the chef. They were genuinely interested in how we had found them and our days travels. Second, the food! I have a picky pizza eater who never eats the crust, she couldn't get enough! Last, the pie! I don't think this place has a bad slice to serve. The Lemon Ches is enough to make this reviewer drive the 2 hours from San Tan Valley, AZ just for another slice of that lemon heaven! Peach blueberry? AMAZING. Apple? OUT OF THIS WORLD. Do yourself a favor, stop in. Enjoy the small biz and cozy atmosphere. Chat with the staff as friendly as old friends or long lost family. For the love of God, eat a slice of pie. We were a group of 10 and ordered 3 different pizzas and the berry, bacon, feta salad— family style. The salad was huge and really delicious with a homemade vinaigrette. Pizzas were very good . We had several different pies as well. The Lemon was the best, but Apple, pecan and blueberry were all good too. Service was excellent. Prices were very reasonable. We look forward to going back.
