Quick service and food was delicious, got a burrito and it was the best meal I’ve eaten since getting to SE Arizona last week. Funnily enough Google marked this as the only closed food truck in the circle of food trucks in the area, and it ended up being the only one open. Happy it ended up that way as this place was great :)
This place is a gem in the desert! I frequently drive round trip from Austin to Phoenix and search local establishments along the route to eat. Stopped here with the Fam for lunch and ordered a mix of hot dogs and tacos. All choices were awesome. My favs were the bacon hot dog and carne asada tacos. Also had some yummy melon agua fresca. This place is going to be a regular stop on our future travels along I-10, highly recommend you visit this place.
We walked over to Katy's on Sunday from our hotel. We had a delicious menudo breakfast with bread and melon water. We shared a Sonoran style hotdog, which was really good. Katy has been there for 12 years and Rico is her nephew hat helps her out. You definitely have to stop by if you want some delicious Mexican food when you're in Wilcox.
