Uncover Willcox's Mexican dining scene with Restaurantji's insights.
“When you see the restaurant closed and with a "For Sale" sign, don't panic! Katy's is now in the food truck parked next to the building --same menu, same yummy "Estilo Sonora" food.My carne asada burrito came with pico, beans, rice, a Mexican lime, and guacamole and salsa. Delicious!“
“Stopped by on my way through town.Very nice, clean and open area. Lots of people, but plenty of space inside. The employees were very friendly, the service was fast and the food was great!Price was just right, the quantity of food was right on, and everything was labeled clearly (we got numerous burritos)10/10 would recommend!“
“Atmosphere was great, had the #3 combo, wasn’t impressed with the flauta or enchiladas, chicken taco was good, beans and rice were good as well. Tostadas were good and the shrimp fajitas for the price, were a little disappointing. The salsa bar was great and service/environment of the place was great. Will definitely try again next time I’m in town.“
“Great authentic meal. Me and my boyfriend split a combo and added another small item. We are satisfied. Chip and salsa great flavor, beans with great smoky flavor. Rice excellent and taco shells were excellent -light and crispy. Definitely a pleasant surprise. Outside cute sitting. House margarita was good as well. Quick service.“
“Sooo good! Stopped on way from El Paso to San Diego and didn't want to stop long or leave our dog in the car heat, so this was perfect and ready in less than 10 min. Out of Carne asada, so we had birria everything (soft taco, tacoquesos, burritos) and everyone ate it all up! Was skeptical of Pico with cucumbers, but was amazing--with a kick! Definitely spent same $$ we would spend at the nearby sit-down restaurant, but yum!“
