Great experience at Carretta El Asadero! I ordered the carne asada burrito and it was incredibly tasty. It even came with a side of fries, which was an awesome bonus. Definitely try the green salsa if you like a kick—it is spicy but very good.
To top it off, the service was excellent. We arrived just 10 minutes before closing time, but the person working the food truck was still welcoming and quite friendly. Highly recommend checking them out!

We loved our experience at Carreta El Asadero! The food was prepared fresh, with hot corn tortillas which appeared to be homemade. We both got the fajitas de pollo con arroz y frijoles (chicken fajitas with rice and beans). We also got all three salsa types to share. The red salsa was great - very, very spicy! The salsa verde was delicious, and our favorite was the avocado cream, which had just the right edge of kick to it. The seating area was neat and clean, with some cute decorative...
