The sandwich was quite small for the price, and the taste was average—about a 6 out of 10. The shop’s posted hours indicate they’re open until 4:00 PM, but when we arrived at 3:30, the staff seemed reluctant to serve us. Shortly after, another couple arrived around 3:40 and was turned away, despite it still being within business hours.
We had an egg sandwich and BLT sandwich. We are Gluen Free and they were able to accommodate our needs. There processes were explained in detail. The sandwiches were a good size and really good. Chips were separate.
Gateway Sandwich Co. is a real gem in Williams! It’s easy to see why this family-owned business has been a part of the community for the past six years. The atmosphere is welcoming, the staff is genuinely friendly, and it’s the perfect place to stop whether you’re a local or just passing through.
