Wonderful distillery! Great drinks and staff!
Hubs and I always stop here when in Williams since it's dog friendly and has a great atmosphere. Our only complaint is the log barstools which are soooo uncomfortable. Sure, they're cute, but if you want me to stay longer please consider replacing them.
Food was good, aside from pulled pork being just a little over cooked. Still had a good flavor. Wife had the shrimp salad, and said it was excellent. Beer was good, but not something I’d crave to go back for.

Grand Canyon Brewing + Distillery offers a cozy, mountain cabin atmosphere with a waterfall, fireplace, and log furniture that create a friendly and lively setting. The menu features a variety of options, including fried pickles and a brat with bun. Guests can enjoy a selection of brews, such as amber and red beers, along with creative cocktails like the Purple Flower Lemonade. The food receives high praise, with standout dishes like the huge Caesar salad and the meat lovers calzone, which is described as crunchy outside and flavorful inside. The drinks, especially the Prickly Pear Wheat, are considered fantastic. The soda fountain is a nice touch, adding to the fun experience. Service is generally friendly and knowledgeable, though some reviews mention minor issues like out-of-stock items and food that was burnt at times. Overall, it’s a great spot for relaxing, enjoying good food and drinks, and making a stop on a trip to the Grand Canyon.
