“Original trip; gave me the wrong order. Half of my order was missing. So, check your bag before you leave!
Return trip; the worker, didn't get name, understood and took care of my situation.
This place is SLOW to serve the food, so stop in if you're not in a hurry. And be prepared to be ignored, and forced to use the kiosks. Even the managers will ignore you. Customer Service isn't their strong suit.
Spend a good amount of money, and end up being for things, i.e, napkins, ketchup, sauce for nuggets, (and air if they charged for it), and getting charged extra.
And if you go through the drive-thru for food, be ready to wait, longer if you go close to our after midnight.“

“Been to this restuarant twice in 2 days. First time ordered online for pick up, order went throu and the.money came from my credit card, but the restuarant didn't receive the order. Went in and the fixed up my order for me. 2nd time ordered in the restuarant and loved the service again. So friendly the staff, tables clean etc.“

Our food was ready shortly and then a staff member came around to see if anyone needed anything extra- we will be back next December for sure ( we are there 1x a year).Great team at this location

Parking: Parking was east, even with the snow! They had someone at the door to make sure there was no puddles on the floor where someone could slip and fall. They had the parking lot cleared well of the snow.“
