I ordered thru the drive thru this afternoon & should've checked my order before leaving with it! The steak nuggets were All burned, curly fries were cold, the apple pie shake was good & the poppers. I've ordered from Taylor Arby's & it's been perfect! Lesson learned, won't make this mistake again!

10:15 pm on November 23rd. The girl working the front was so dang sick she couldn't stop coughing from the time we walked in to the time she gave us our food. I watched her cough into her gloves then get our fries. I asked why she was working if she was so sick. All she did was look at me and smile. I threw the food away not worth it. She was that sick. I understand why this place has a 2.2 rating. Freaking disgusting. 😫

Got my order but asked if I could get more horsey sauce, lady was rude and walked away. Bad attitude, not stopping there, rather get my Arby's in Flagstaff!

I ordered a Beef n Cheddar combo. Asked for the Double meat with crinkle fries. I always order this and have never had an issue. Today however is a different story. First off fries were cold and soggy. So asked them to recook them. I get my fresh fries and head home. Once I get here and open the sandwich, I realized they gave me just a plain roast beef. No cheese and no double meat. I am very disappointed. I don't feel like driving back there to have to wait for them to remake it so just going to eat this meal. However considering this place just opened, they need to do better. Reviews are not looking so good

Pulled up to the drive through. Lights all on but they said they were closed. Turning off your lights would be a great indicator of not being open for business.
