We went through the drive thru tonight & Daniel took our order he was Very Nice and professional. The food was given to us in a timely manner. My experience this go around was alot better than before.

As a resident of Winslow, I had previously chosen not to dine at the local Carl's Jr due to several concerns. Nevertheless, after hearing about the recent management change, I decided to provide the establishment with another chance. I am thrilled to report that my experience was overwhelmingly positive. The staff (specifically my cashier savanna) displayed remarkable courtesy, and the food was served efficiently and was exceptionally tasty. The western bacon cheeseburger was likely the best I've ever had, and the chicken tenders were equally delightful. I strongly recommend this location, especially to those who may have been hesitant to visit due to past experiences. The new management has clearly made significant strides in improving the overall dining experience.

Careful with this location as they are scamming people and trying to rob you of your money as we just spent $20 for a combo and paid extra $2 for a queso dipping sauce and we only got a half a Little cup of sauce and their excuse was they weigh all their sauces so basically they give you a half of a little plastic cup of cheese sauce for $2 so I advise stay away from this location as they are scamming and ripping people off, and you're better off getting McDonald's if you're going to spend 20 bucks on a combo, and the only response we will probably get from Carl's is sorry we couldn't meet your expectation which is acknowledging what kind of operation they're running scamming people.
