Customer service was pleasant . The food was typical fast food, nothing extraordinary . 40 bucks for three people. 2 singles and a specialty burger. All mediums are way too expensive. Take you 40 bucks and eat healthy..

It's so sad and there isn't really any people in the building, and the microphone doesn't work in the drive thru. There also isn't really any employees there at least 3 people there or 4 max. I also tried apply there but a lady with blond hair and glasses said that their not hiring with theres a now hiring sign on the window, and she had her toddler running around in the kitchen. There's a lot wrong with Winslow Carl's Jr.

We were the *only* in-restaurant customers. There was occasional drive through traffic, but it really was NOT busy. My two children sat and patiently waited at the table with me for 15 min, with a number on our table. I then got up and stood at the counter until my order was filled. At the 20 minute mark: an ungloved woman, in flip flops, holding a 7mo old baby, scooped some chicken stars into boxes while the baby dangled her drooly teething toy over everything. Not ok for my order. Not ok for the baby to be that close to the frier near the chicken nuggets coming out of a frier basket. This is insane in 2024. I've honestly never seen anything like it. It wasn't crowded. Why was a baby being carried in the kitchen at all??? Why did the employees ignore my family for so long when we were the ONLY ones there? This delayed our whole night, too. We were driving through and were racing against the clock to get to our destination, get into a hotel room, and get our kids to bed. Gross. Unsafe. Sloooow. Weird. We're obviously never going to this location again.

Supposedly short staffed had the main door locked with people inside. I was hauling a trailer which wouldn’t fit through the drive through luckily someone was exiting while I was walking around trying to get in. They just didn’t seem to care about helping or really interested in even working it was a quick meal I would probably pass it up next time

I've had better flavor and texture from vending machine burgers. Bun was stale and burger over charred. And one burger was missing a patty, although bringing more sand to the beach doesn't make the beach any better.
Service was excellent - five star. Except they closed the lobby on us due to low staff.
Vegetarian options: Cardboard is not a meat.
