Waited in the drive thru for the car at the order kiosk to make an order. Decided to back out and go inside. Told the worker there was someone waiting and was told that it was because there was a "long wait" I asked how long the wait was and was told it was a "long wait" because they only had one cook. I asked if they were asking me to go somewhere else and they said it was a "long wait", so I ended up going somewhere else, terrible customer service.

This is NOT a drive thru as we understand them to be. You order, then Ya pay at the drive up window, then they tell you to drive around the building, they'll serve you on the other side of the building. It takes then at least 15 minutes to bring you your order, and this has gone on for years with no improvement regardless of complaints. No one I know of even tries to go there for lunch, by the time ya get it lunch is over. Sad....

Burgers were like cold ish.. the fries were fresh and warm though.Clean environment.
The intercom was barely audible, I ordered #1 combo, what I got was hamburger pattie with bread only-nothing else, I had requested mustard and thought it would come with lettuce, pickles, etc. What a disappointment! I was gonna go to Sonics but since I was leaving walmart, I thought 'why not give them some business'. I was sorry for making that choice-it was a terrible experience. ?

Was in the drive thru, was the only one there. They asked us to pull around and when I asked why, the lady responded with “we are making your fries”. I reluctantly pulled around. Got our order and fries were not made fresh but cold. Had us pull around strictly for their timer and they lied right to our faces. Edit: oh, and our sodas ran out of syrup so it was tasteless soda.

I generally don't write reviews of fast food restaurants because they are all the same. We stopped off at Carls in route for a bite to eat and a potty break. Food was good- made for us as we arrived, famous stars w cheese and fries. What was noticeable to me was how clean the restaurant was. The bathroom smelled of comet and bleach. When traveling and eating at fast food places off the freeway, the bar is low. This was a nice surprise
