I ordered through the website on my way into town, picked up my order, and went to my hotel, where I found the salad in the photo. I have no doubt that because this was a pickup order, they just threw some salad items in a container and moved on. I seriously hope dine-in customers are treated better.
This doesn't even have the ingredients it's supposed to! It doesn't look the least bit appetizing and was a complete waste of money. I could have grabbed a salad at the gas station that looked better. Y'all should be ashamed.

Called in my order, went and picked it up, got home and half my order was missing. I called and asked that they make my order fresh and the lady said it would be made fresh. Picked it up, got home and the fries were completely cold. Instead of making it fresh, they just gave me the same sandwich that they did not give me in the beginning. So now, its a hour later and I have 2 cold dinners. Yes, mistakes can be made… but 2 mistakes on the same take out order is a little ridiculous.

She was very attentive and was very knowledgeable about the menu and even helped out with suggestions. After hours of being on the road Elle was definitely a highlight of our travels.
