Stopped to find “A Corner in Winslow Arizona” and just down the street found Relic Road “To Take It Easy” and enjoy a delicious meal! The chips were delis and in a spiral… very unique. The chopped brisket hamburger patties (we had both the Patty Melt and The Diablo Canyon burgers) are amazing. We sat at the bar, watched the chefs hard at work. Staff was friendly to customers and seemed to enjoy each other’s company....
I ordered the burger Medium, when I received it it was pretty rare, so i told the waitress about it, but she kept pretending it was medium, so here is a picture of this is medium I am santa. I even asked ai, oh look what they say, rare to medium rare not medium.
Stopped in for a couple beers and mozzarella sticks, which were amazing The batter was crunchy, the cheese pulled away perfectly and the marinara sauce was nice and hot
