It’s been going downhill for a good while. Usually it’s not horrible. Today whomever is SUPPOSED to be there has the store open but left or was ignoring all the customers trying to order. There was 6 different people trying to order and we all waited almost 10min before leaving.

The reason for the rating for only one star, because I went through the drive-thru and they were going to charge me for sauces, when I could order on Google and get them for free...... when I leave and make my order they told me that I didn't place an order made me feel like a thief, my order was supposed to be received and done by 2:33 p.m. I didn't get my order until 3:00 Winslow Arizona time, his location in Winslow Arizona absolutely horrible I would not recommend them. My food had to sit while I have to call corporate to complain for them to shut me up and offer me a free drink with the purchase next time, that will never happen because I will not go back to this location because of the way I was treated, the manager stood outside 10 to 15 minutes set that I couldn't get my food until I called my bank or got an email, I didn't get the email until she was standing there close to 30 minutes later, I called my bank tellers and they were even upset because they knew that I'm not that type of person that I was being treated as a thief for stealing $2.78 for Halloween corn dogs at 50 cents a piece employee there and the manager there wasting all that time my time all for a special for five corn dogs...... she said that she couldn't do anything but she was a manager well I recommendation for the Winslow Arizona I would definitely definitely not go to this location unless you want to be treated as a thief and that's up to you but my recommendation is don't go

What's not to love about Sonic? It was hot outdoors, i thought I'd drive-in to get a shake, until i saw the menu with all the other specialties including but not limited to the big burgers and fries. Sonic has always been THE go-to place for consistently great standards, quality, quantity, price and service...They never seem to disappoint. I've never encountered any Sonic employee who wasn't great, always well-groomed to Sonic standards, attentive and clean. The parking lot and eating areas were clean, no litter, ADA compliant with marked handicapped spaces, transition ramps and welcoming accommodations. It's great to see more Sonic locations than I've ever seen such as the ones in Flagstaff, Arizona and also Winslow, Arizona. Keep up the great work in offering quality menu items in true classic Sonic style. Bravo ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Why has the food at sonic give downhill so bad? I tried to order a couple different items, including a burger and the meat quality was just horrible. Tasted like something you might get at a prison or cheap school lunch. And the fries tasted worse than the play food you can buy at target that your kids play with.

When to get breakfast it's quarter after 6:00 in the morning the open sign on the front of the building is flashing there were people inside we sat in the Drive-Thru for 20 minutes and nobody said good morning nothing
