Sat there for 15 minutes. Others served before me. The light was on, apparently you don’t need business that badly. At least this is others can be warned and avoid the likely spit that would end up in their food for speaking up.

Sonic employees need to step it up. Especially the night crew that was working tonight ^^ . I should expect to get what I paid for. Times are tough, so when someone orders food out or a treat like I did. ( sonic truffle turtle blast that only had maybe one table spoon of mix-in and the rest just plain ice cream) I shouldn’t have to gamble if my order will be satisfactory or unsatisfactory nor live with the consequence of just throwing my money away. If SONIC has a protocol on a specific amount of mix-in’s they can add then add that amount and not lowball the customer for a company that can give 2 duces about you. Sonic should be specific on what you’re actually ordering and not some fake advertising picture of a Sonic blast jammed pack of mix-ins. Okay, not entirely the employees fault. Where the manager was at fault, was her “oh well ” attitude. Never mind your customer drove all the way home and drove all the way back to say, “ I was unsatisfied with my order” and not care to do anything about it. Not make a new one? Sorry about the INCONVENIENCE? Nothing . She felt completely 100% in the right and I’m just a Karen that refuses to get ripped off. Better yet, SONIC should treat their employees better! Every employee in there tonight seemed miserable. They take their unhappiness out on their customers.

Gosh. My order was wrong and it was as dead cold. Had them take it back. 2 stars just because they took it back but I wouldn't even ask them to remake it. Just looked terrible. The food has extra burnt things in it. Not edible burnt, but like blackened burnt. Drove on thru to the next town.
