Julie in customer service and Leanna in online ordering rocked customer service today. Articulate and helpful didnt rerout my call! In spite of it being a crazy busy morning the questions I had were resolved with a smile in their voices! Since COVID so often such methods of procuring Groceries has been wrought with a little uncertainty. Now that we are on the other side of the pandemic era I am happy that I can still drive up and park and have my order loaded. I understand that stores miss out on the financial benefit of our tendency to impulse shop by being in the aisles impacted by displays, advertising gimmicks etc.... But I believe that many of us have become susceptible to impulse shopping while we shop online. So be that as it May I still enjoy both methods of shopping.

Worst experience . HelloThe morning of 6/11 Sunday i entered the store to get some last minute items I need. The store was empty other then plenty of employees around to make you feel unwelcomed. I was stared at and followed through the store. Not once was did any of them say good morning or offered to help. After a few minutes I couldn't wait to pay for my items and leave. As I started self-checkout. An associate blocked one side of self checkout and another blocked the exit to self checkout. Again not once offering to help even when I needed it to complete my purchase. The whole experience was horrible and insulting. I will never return. I understand there is theft in retail and the need for vigilance but it doesn't help by making your honest customers feel uncomfortable and unwelcomed.

If you want good prices on the chicken from the service deli wait until after 8:00pm and it all goes down to about $4 for a bag full of whatever you want
