Nice. We tried the two $9.99 beef and chicken sandwiches with fries and a drink. I was thinking that shrinkflation was the underlying strategy. You guys really surprised me, probably the largest burger I have had at a restaurant in several years. Worst place ever. My wife and sat for 25 minutes with no service. Not even water. It wasn't busy either, maybe 3 or 4 other groups in the restaurant which had already been served. We got up and walked out.

Today we visited the 16th street location. My friend wanted to try one of the specials. Although reluctant, I agreed. It could not have been better!
The server took our order promptly and with a smile. The food was served exactly as ordered -- HOT. We took advantage of the bottomless fries. They were brought out by a manger who inquired of our opinions.
It was quite possibly the best restaurant meal I have had in my time in Yuma. I can't say enough about our experience today.

We spent the night in Yuma after going to Quartzsite for the rock shows. We saw that there was this Applebee's close by. We went for dinner around 7 pm. The place was crowded. Which is a good sign. The food was good, the service was very good for being busy. It was nice to see the place full. Will definitely go back when we are in Yuma.

Megan was our server and she was great.. attentive, friendly and was determined that we were happy not just with our food but with the service as well. The restaurant was very clean (including the restrooms) and the outside was very well maintained too.

I've never enjoyed a meal at this location, Until recently the waiter had just entered his work place and, zoomed over and took our drink order. Thank you for the delicious food. Atmosphere was pretty but it would be a lot better if all the Christmas lights worked. The place was jumping with happy hour drinkers and all I wanted was a chicken sandwich pickles were yummy and the French fries also hot 🔥 🥰 thank you again ill be back.
Good for late night eats. Happy hour from 9pm-midnight.

Yesterday was my sister birthday so I wanted to eat something well done and my food wasn't done like it should have been . And it was very expensive don't know why it's did not have chicken. On the quesadilla and he didn't said happy birthday to her we don't have to ask them to do dare job going to have too thing twice to choose this restaurant bye i was very disappointed for my quesadilla with no chicken only cheese 😔!

Excellent waitress. Food was good. Requested well done burger but got pink in the center. Mistakes happen at times but we all should learn from them. They were good enough to reimburse us for that meal. Manager was very polite and courteous. Recommended this casual dining place to others.
Parking: Several spots to park but when we left those spots were filled because it was lunch time.
Kid-friendliness: Lots of children so this is a good establishment for all ages.
