Worst service we've ever had , the waitress Cheyenne didn't serve any of our food, served 2 other customers there food before our 30 minute wait for ours, we had to ask another waitress to check on our food, its to bad apple b's use to be good , won't go back , ever!

We were there for lunch today , we were there for over an hour before we were waited on! Lots of empty tables tells me they don’t have enough staff. Our friends steak was overcooked and the manager (I think) cooked another and brought it out - this one was good. They deducted the steak from the bill.

We went for dinner with a friend who was passing through town last night and treated us to dinner! My dinner was terrible! The caesar salad was drowned in dressing and my steak was so tough I left more than half of it! My husband had chicken strips and they were over done with batter that was hard to eat! We won't go back there again!

Love this place and I'm not even from Yuma. I'm a snowbird. 3:00 p.m. double bubble with good specials. Smiles well-run place. I will be back. Prices are reasonable so.

We arrived at 9:30. We are told the dining area is now closed and we have to sit at the bar. 5 minutes later they reopened the dining area and seated people because the bar room was now full. Bar tender didn't have a good attitude. Took a while to get a check. I had to ask the the bar tender again and he came over and said it's on here. That's not our bill. So he finally got it for us and that ended our hostage standoff at Applebee's.
Did not tell me up charges. For any change requests on. Menu
Told manager. Did seem to care at my dissatisfied communication issue.

The onion rings were the highlight of the meal. We had the 2 for $25. My chicken parmesan alfredo was horrible. The ice tea is horrible. The Pepsi and Diet Pepsi were much better than the tea. Too much breading on the chicken tenders. Workers were friendly but we did not see them much.
