Really good for fast food, was a quick stop during the a road trip. Had a quick meal that was much better than anticipated. I usually expect fast food to be meh buy the burger was flavorful with crisp Lettuce and perfectly ripe tomatoes. My son lived the root beer float and chili cheese fries.

The food was disgusting. I was raised going to A&W and this was nowhere even close it was actually disgusting. Everything seem like it was just a lot from the store nothing fresh nothing homemade the old days not even the root beer flow, The gentleman that waited on us was nice. Every sit was dirt with crumbs!!!! Come on people give a little more effort ??

There is one person in front of me and two of them plays were talking to him. I was waiting in line. The friend walked away. The two other employees walked away and nobody was there to bring up the order. After a few minutes of all the employees just kind of staring at me, I left.
There was No one else in the restaurant. There's only one car in the drive-thru.
I guess that they must do this a lot because there's nobody in the parking lot and after reading their views the wait times. They probably should have a regional manager find out why this is failing.

When I came in there was no one at the counter and only 2 customers sitting at the tables, there was 2 employees washing windows both looked me and kept right on washing, about 4 or 5 minutes later somebody came to the counter and took my order, then it about 15 min cause the 2 guys stood back there talking to each other, about what I don't know, good thing they weren't busy.

Had the cheeseburger. Bun stale, burger not hot. The cheese curds were nice and hot. I ask for marinara sauce and the employee didn't know what that was. Used bbq sauce since they didn't know what I was talking about. Won't be going back.

Stood in line for about 5 minutes waiting to order, no one ahead of me, Dining room had 2 people inside, drive-thru had 3 cars. Two people behind me left without ordering. Receipt says order was placed at 1:30PM. Around 1:40PM, noticed staff was eating up front, not even trying to hide it. 1:45PM, walked up to counter and noticed all my food was sitting in a bag, getting cold. I asked the employee about my order, he said they were waiting on the 5pc nuggets for the kids meal. 1:50PM, order was finally finished, and side was wrong on kids meal. Hands down the worst experience in any food establishment.

Went in for 25 chicken strips. I found out you have to buy different amounts they have advertised to equal near 25. KFC you need a button on the register for one chicken strip and then a multiplier. The chicken was great!

It was the worst KFC I have ever had, got a milkshake from the AW it was like chocolate milk gross, was not thick like a milk shake should be. The chicken tenders were not cooked all the way, the potatoes were very watery would not recommend going there!!!!!!

The cashier is NOT friendly, helpful, or nice!!!!!The ONLY reason we go is to get a root beer ? float for our friend in assisted living!!Also. The pieces of chicken have gotten SO small, thar the legs are almost thesize of a wing!!!
Good Tuesday buy on 10 pieces of chicken.
