Horrible customer service. They messed up our order and then ridiculed and laughed at us afterwards. Will NEVER go back and will let everyone know how we were treated. And if you look at the previous reviews, the owner always comes back with a RUDE response when they get a negative review. Great care for the people who put their paycheck on the table. NOT!

Had my birthday gathering here with a party of 20 and everything was amazingly fresh and hot and came out in great time! Thank you Bernardo’s for taking care of my family and myself ?
Ordered our food, watched a worker touch her phone watch, lift her shirt and scratch her side and after quite a wait the employees (3) kept looking over at us and finally ask what we ordered. Although we had our receipt they had not tag to make our order from. Ssid they had no idea where our order went. We requested a refund and received all but 50 cents back. ( They kept that for my husbands soda) Will Never Go back!!!

I ordered a spinach and steak stromboli for me and my daughter for pick up. The food was hot and ready when I arrived. Delicious and flavorful. I love the jalapeno chili sauce. 10/10 recommend.
