My favorite birria spot in Yuma. Consomé comes separate so remember to order if you want it. I have a hard time avoiding this place knowing how close by it is to me. The tacos are small so I recommend at minimum 3, I usually get 6. With a large horchata!!

This is a food truck off South Frontage Road, but the food here is very good. We had the Birria beef platter with rice and beans. Everything was fresh and delicious. We will keep this at our top Mexican food destinations.

Consume is delicious. Burria tacos are yummy, but could use more meat, otherwise street taco size corn tortilla. Nice toppings on the side (onions, cilantro, limes...) Burria torta, good size bread, average meat amount.

Ordered Birriaquiles to go but decided to eat in my car, next to this establishment. The chips were stale and cold, which made the entire meal awful.
I am rating the service low because they should not have allowed these stale chips to be sold. They failed in quality assurance.
The birria is Great! Service is friendly and quick, and everything is clean and neat!! Awesome!!

This is tastiest food! The taco birria is melt in your mouth delicious. The birria ramen was excellent…so much flavor. Friendly staff and went out of their way to accommodate our requests. Try the cucumber lime drink. Refreshing and light. I bought extra to bring home and add tequila! 😉 Highly recommend visiting this truck. Excellent food.
