Pizza was really good. I wanted lasagna, but at 5 p.m., they were already out. The waiter was not advised of that until he tried to put the order in. Then, the dessert I wanted I was told (after the waiter checked with the kitchen) was not available. So I switched dessert. He came back and told me that they were out of the second choice but that my first choice was now available. So I told him to bring me that. It was supposed to be served with a whiskey butter sauce and it wasn't. I asked the waiter about that. He came back with a dish of ice cream, chocolate sauce, caramel sauce and syrup because they didn't have the whiskey butter sauce and he was trying to make me happy. I was very happy with my waiter and appreciated him trying to make up for the issues in the kitchen. But it seems like they need to work on their kitchen management.

From the moment we walked in, we were greeted with warm smiles and a friendly atmosphere.The standout of the evening was undoubtedly our bartender, JJ. Her exceptional service and attentiveness truly made our visit memorable. Not only was she incredibly friendly, but she was also incredibly fast, ensuring that we never had to wait long for our drinks. It was evident that she knew exactly what she was doing and took great pride in her work. Additionally, the other bartenders were just as delightful, showing a genuine understanding of how to treat guests with the utmost care and respect.Now, let’s talk about the food. We decided to try the Margherita pizza and the Caesar salad, and both dishes exceeded our expectations. The Margherita pizza was a perfect blend of flavors, with a thin and crispy crust that was just right. The fresh tomatoes, basil, and mozzarella cheese created a harmonious combination that left us craving more. The Caesar salad was also a hit, with crisp romaine lettuce, a creamy dressing, and just the right amount of Parmesan cheese.Overall, Boston Pizza provided a fantastic dining experience. This was the worst meal we've had in a long while. First, the restaurant was out of lemon for our water. My husband ordered lasagna and was told they ran out. I ordered a margharita pizza and when it came I was told they were out of basil! The pizza had no sauce, just cheese and a few tomato slices and was salted SO heavily. My sister ordered a burger medium well and it came medium rare. My husband and son's pasta was barely warm and so bland it was like wallpaper paste. I felt sorry for the server, she was clearly embarrassed. I will never eat here again or recommend it.
Good food, good atmosphere and good service. Joe was my server and he was great! Give this place a shot, you'll enjoy

Appetizers are big! So be prepared.In all seriousness the food is fairly quick to come out and the portions are large. Cost is fair for the sizes, and most things a very tasty.Their new fried chicken sandwiches are probably a highlight with tons of flavor and very well fried chicken.Their "MVB Most Valuable Burger" is honestly mediocre. It's about as baseline as you could get, and not overly good at a standard burger. Decent, not great.Recommend you stay with the "italian" themed foods. Pizzas, pastas, etc.Overall good enough to warrant some more trips in the future.

If you want great food, good service and a fun and atmosphere this is the spot to go. I stayed for a week at the hotel attached to this Bostons’s and ate breakfast, lunch and dinner there. The breakfast was always good and the server Joe was friendly and fun. Often the Bar manager was in during breakfast and lunch. She was always helpful and friendly. A+ dinner options and cocktails.I will definitely be back thank you.
