Brocket Farms itself is a nice little store with delicious chocolate and great deals on loose leaf tea. My issue is that they share the space with another company, and our experience today was less than stellar. It was 10:56 and the door was open, and we were told that they (Brocket employees) were not there. My wife said she would just look around and wait, and the gentleman rudely said she and her two sisters needed to leave until they opened. Three or four minutes out in the heat because the owners are late? Why is the door unlocked then? They lost 3 good paying customers this morning because of their neighbor store, which literally share the same space in the same room. Not a great experience at all.

I fell in love with their products when I visited Yuma in March 2022. Quality vs price is legit to me.So, soon after I got home, I ordered some online. Unfortunately, I can talk to no one at the phone # provided; I have been waiting for any updates since the order was placed more than a week ago. Hope that they give me estimated lead time to fulfill my order soon.After I receive my order, I will update this review. I wish thier customer service is as good as their products.Update:The shop said "Skype was messed up, family emergency, ship my order overnight and provide tracking number on 4/7/22It's already 4/11/22; still NO TRACKING and NO PACKAGEWe all understand that emergency can happen, but let's keep one's words, overnight? Tracking number? What's going on??? ....products are great, shop are cute, but NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. Very much disappointed.If I don't receive the overnight package or tracking number by 4/13/22, I must dispute the charge that was cleared on 3/29/22. It wasn't cheap: $95.00I believe that 2 week is plenty time to correct the situation. It's a matter of owner's attitude, priorities, and pride.Sorry for the long review, but my point is when unexpected things happen, people's handling ability would be tested. Many things would be forgiven if one's efforts and sincereness are there. This is the worst business I have ever encountered.
