Very nice little place. Decor was sparse. Some of the display racks were empty. Only one person working so if you ordered a shake, and we did and they were delicious, others had to wait to purchase items off the rack. Good shakes and goodie's looked good

Date Shakes!! Ice Cream!!! Chocolates loose leaf teas! Cool things to look at and a good selection of unique items to build gift baskets! Brocket Farms draws foot traffic from Yumas Old Downtown Venues and in my case it was the destination of choice for a reward treat for a 5 yr old! He was happy as a clam with his cold treat on the hottest day we have had since moving home to Arizona! We always wish small locally owned businesses well! Brocket Farms has tremendous opportunity in our community! I am giving this business 5 stars BUT on a 115 degree day in Yuma they had no bottles of water for customers to purchase. It wouldn't have been an issue for us as much but I witnessed a group who came in who were visiting from another country they were not prepared for the impact of the heat. One gentleman was struggling and exhausted with heat and sweating profusely. A soda was not what that customer needed on a day like this! Water in the fridge with ample room is a basic thing.

Brocket Farms itself is a nice little store with delicious chocolate and great deals on loose leaf tea. My issue is that they share the space with another company, and our experience today was less than stellar. It was 10:56 and the door was open, and we were told that they (Brocket employees) were not there. My wife said she would just look around and wait, and the gentleman rudely said she and her two sisters needed to leave until they opened. Three or four minutes out in the heat because the owners are late? Why is the door unlocked then? They lost 3 good paying customers this morning because of their neighbor store, which literally share the same space in the same room. Not a great experience at all.

I fell in love with their products when I visited Yuma in March 2022. Quality vs price is legit to me.So, soon after I got home, I ordered some online. Unfortunately, I can talk to no one at the phone # provided; I have been waiting for any updates since the order was placed more than a week ago. Hope that they give me estimated lead time to fulfill my order soon.After I receive my order, I will update this review. I wish thier customer service is as good as their products.Update:The shop said "Skype was messed up, family emergency, ship my order overnight and provide tracking number on 4/7/22It's already 4/11/22; still NO TRACKING and NO PACKAGEWe all understand that emergency can happen, but let's keep one's words, overnight? Tracking number? What's going on??? ....products are great, shop are cute, but NOT PROFESSIONAL at all. Very much disappointed.If I don't receive the overnight package or tracking number by 4/13/22, I must dispute the charge that was cleared on 3/29/22. It wasn't cheap: $95.00I believe that 2 week is plenty time to correct the situation. It's a matter of owner's attitude, priorities, and pride.Sorry for the long review, but my point is when unexpected things happen, people's handling ability would be tested. Many things would be forgiven if one's efforts and sincereness are there. This is the worst business I have ever encountered.

Oh my. The ice cream was so delish I thought I had died and gone to heaven LoL I do want to live forever and try their other treats. When my hubby stopped by, he chose chocolate hazelnut and a maple date icecream, respectively, served in small cups. It cost 7.00+ for both. You might think it's a little bit on the expensive side, but I will tell you--it is worth it! I wonder if I can actually get them in pints or quart sizes? It's small batch ice cream, it seems. We will be back for more!

My mom really enjoyed all her treats personally delivered by Sarah. I can't wait to stop by the Brocket Farms retail location next time I'm in town to try some of their hand crafted chocolates!
