I couldn’t believe how fancy the Chilaquiles were! The cook made an awesome rose out of thinly sliced avocado, and it was just beautiful on top of the Chilaquiles! The dish included sliced cherry tomatoes, thinly sliced purple onion, sour cream, and Mexican cheese. It was very nicely put together! And Claudia was our excellent waitress!

Such a quaint little spot. Food was good, not the best, had the chilaquiles but you can taste it was el pato sauce instead of authentic sauce. Machado & egg was good also. Service could clearly been better, waitress seems didn't want to be there, very short with us, didn't get any refills or attentive service ? ?

I couldn’t wait and started cutting up my perfectly cooked eggs…forgive me ? We love Bubba’s! The food is fresh. The wait staff is courteous, friendly and quick. The place is clean. You’ll feel like your Bubba cooked for you and that’s LOVE.
Bland cold food. Slow, forgetful, rude server. The server was playing with her hair standing at the pass through window. Even the other server who was in Green Bay Packers gear was more concerned with talking then working.Price was ok but the potatoes were hard, the machaka tasted burnt, the biscuits and gravy were hard. Everything was bland and cold.
