Hopefully I can save someone else the hassle. We didn't eat here because it's only open to military or family affiliated with members of the proving ground. No where, in Google reviews, on their website etc., could I find anything about that. But, because it's on the proving grounds, I thought it best to call the cafe, to ask if it's open to the public. Good fresh food, extremely reasonable prices. Short staffed but doing the best possible under the circumstances. Chicken Cesar salad was awesome along with the southwest chicken salad. The mozzarella sticks were delicious and hot too.
